Himalayan Hot Stone Massage

Mom-to-be will be positioned on her side with a body pillow for comfort and support. This massage is gentle and done with extra care to keep baby safe and promote relaxation. This work is so wonderful for any expecting mother that may be dealing with hip discomfort, sciatica, swelling, fatigue, and so much more.

Prenatal Massage

This session is extremely gentle, a slow paced, relaxing Massage. This is wonderful for clients who suffer from migraines, sinus issues, TMJ, ear discomfort, and much more.
*This work is not for anyone who experiences Congestive Heart Failure or swelling around the heart.

Lymphatic Drainage for Head & Neck

Our body has a way of holding trauma to protect itself. Sometimes those holding patterns lead to physical pain. This Massage is a beautiful experience that can sometimes bring up big emotions, leading to a deeper healing. By using gentle, slow techniques such as Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, and Myofascial Release, we can support the body in "letting go". By experiencing new and healthy body memories, we can sometimes reset the holding patterns and decrease pain, both physically and emotionally.
*Recommended to be scheduled on a day where you have time to reflect and be gentle with yourself.
*This work pairs wonderfully with Counseling. I am more than happy to refer you out if you ever need someone to talk with.

Energywork for Trauma

Full Body Lymphatic Drainage can be wonderful for so many issues. This work is very gentle and rhythmic. This session can be for overall wellbeing or to work a more specific issue. 
*Not intended for anyone with Congestive Heart Failure. 
*Post-op clients must not have any drains or open wounds.
