Our body has a way of holding trauma to protect itself. Sometimes those holding patterns lead to physical pain. This Massage is a beautiful experience that can sometimes bring up big emotions, leading to a deeper healing. By using gentle, slow techniques such as Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, and Myofascial Release, we can support the body in "letting go". By experiencing new and healthy body memories, we can sometimes reset the holding patterns and decrease pain, both physically and emotionally. *Recommended to be scheduled on a day where you have time to reflect and be gentle with yourself. *This work pairs wonderfully with Counseling. I am more than happy to refer you out if you ever need someone to talk with.
